Working under minimal supervision and using standardized processes, ensures integration, scheduling, monitoring, problem resolution, and output control of applications in a multi-platform, 24x7 data center operations environment is completed. Participates in the integration and maintenance of automation procedures and assists in analyzing existing and new production applications to insure schedule and procedural efficiencies. Performs processing analysis related to effective utilization and efficient, accurate, and timely computer processing based upon production application resource consumption behaviors including the identification and resolution of service-level problems and mission-critical tasks.
