We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Pine Hill, Alabama location, which produces 60 million seedlings annually.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations for bareroot and container seedling production.
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of seed stratification, field prep, fertilization, and irrigation.
• Manage cultural activities like irrigation, pesticide/fertilizer applications, and seedling inventories.
• Lead fall operations, including customer communications, contract labor management, seedling harvest, and logistics.
• Ensure top-notch maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Who You Are:

• You have a degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry, or equivalent experience.
• You possess a strong working knowledge of nursery/agricultural operations, equipment, irrigation, soil fertility, and pesticides.
• You're an experienced team leader with excellent communication skills.
• You're passionate about environmental stewardship and align with our values of nurturing relationships, driving excellence, and putting people first.
