Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant for our client in Fremont, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in manufacturing that values professionalism, diversity, and employee development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordkeeping
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain HR systems and assist with reports and audits
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Help foster a positive and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
